Thy Kingdom Come Praying with Bible

Thy Kingdom Come LogoLast week we gave everyone in church a present. If you missed it, you can pick yours up this week. It is all part of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Global Prayer Initiative called “Thy Kingdom Come.” He is asking individuals to pray (using the gift we will give you) and for churches to come together to pray in their local areas.

There are two prayer gatherings in North Swindon

St Mary’s Rodbourne Cheney will be hosting 24 hours of prayer, with prayers led by individuals or church groups from all over Swindon. That will start at

7.00pm on Friday 26th May

in the Church beginning with prayer led by Bishop Lee. You can join in any time during the next 24 hours. The church will be open.

Prayer in the Park

You can join the Global Wave of Prayer in

The Walled Garden, Lydiard Park on 28th May 2017 from 2pm – 6 pm.

There will be a chance to explore many interactive Prayer Stations from 2-5pm on that day. You can bring along a picnic and share in the Celebration at 4pm. Or join in with an open-air act of worship at 5pm.
