We believe in one God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

God the Father is the Creator of all things in heaven and on earth. He is holy, just and loving and we can know him through his Son, Jesus Christ.

Jesus is God made man in history. At Christmas we celebrate that the Virgin Mary gave birth to him in Bethlehem. At Easter we remember that, about 33 years later, he died for our sins and rose from the dead. The living Jesus then ascended into heaven where he prays for us before the Father.  At the end of time, he will come again.

The Holy Spirit is given by Jesus to live in believers. He is our counsellor and comforter; he leads us into all truth and give us the fruit and gifts of the Spirit to equip us for service to others.

John 3v16

When Jesus died for our sins and rose again from the dead he made it possible for everyone who believes in him to have eternal life.  This eternal life is a free gift and can only be received by faith in Jesus as our Lord and Saviour.

We believe the Bible reveals to us the truth about God through the instruction of the Holy Spirit.

As an Anglican church, we adhere to the Church of England’s structures, but we attract Christians from many church backgrounds.
