In order to raise funds, the local foundation YouNite is planning a to break a world record. The aim is to get 500 people to come to David Lloyd gym on Saturday 1st October for a massive Swiss Ball exercise class in order to raise money for (among other things) the SYFC BIOS van. Volunteers go out in this van in all weathers to talk to young people on the streets of Swindon, some of whom will be homeless while others will be facing severe problems at home. Everyone pays £10 to partici-pate and you even get to keep the Swiss ball.
