New Administrator: It was great to see Catherine in her new post. She got to grips with the joys of Media Shout which involved understanding both the complexity of the software and the confusing nature of the Anglican liturgy. (For example, a gospel reading is officially a Gospel Reading only when it is the context of a communion service. Where a reading is taken from the gospels, but is read during a service of Morning Prayer, it is not a Gospel Reading but a New Testament Reading. That explains why we stand for the Gospel but sit for a reading taken from the gospels. I am glad we have cleared that one up.)
Catherine will be working from 9:30am – 1:30pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
