“Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power” (Ephesians 6:10)
This verse reminds us that real strength does not come from self effort or confidence alone. It comes from relying fully on God. Paul is not calling believers to try harder but to stand in God’s power, especially when life feels heavy or spiritual battles feel real. When we lean on our own strength, we burn out and grow discouraged.
When we lean on the Lord, we are strengthened from the inside out. His power is steady, dependable, and greater than anything we face. We need to stop striving in our own ability and start trusting God to carry us through every season.
