There is going to be a service of confirmation on June 12th. We welcome adults and children who would like to be confirmed. Preparation is an important part.
We are considering running a group along the lines of SAS on a Sunday evening at 6:30pm. That means young people will be able to come along and learn with those of the same age. Joining the group does not mean you have made the decision to be confirmed. Just that you are thinking about it.
On that subject, we had 28 children and young people in church last Sunday! That is what we call a problem of growth. It is a whole lot better than having a problem of decline. But we will need to respond to what God is doing there to make sure leaders don’t have to manage to wide an age group in a single class.
