We had a tremendous Christmas with a huge amount of energy and inspiration shown in the glorious Narnian forest and in the music at the Carol Service.
Although we managed to serve up a glorious Christmas Cake, some bread and butter aspects of church life need urgent attention.
1. Counting and Banking
This involves counting the money given on the plate and by envelope after the 11:00 am service. Two people to do this together in church. Despite Covid, we really must not deviate from best
practice with regard to finance.
2. Multi Media
This is giving Sharon in the Parish Office a headache. We need a few more adults to be involved at 11:00 am.
We have had strong responses to our requests for help since August. That is great because all the work is done by volunteers. Your help will be vital in keeping services running smoothly in St John’s on a week-to-week basis in 2022.
