Sadly, the Lighthouse Christian Bookshop in Highworth will be closing its doors for the last time on the 31st January, after which it will cease trading. Having opened in late 1993, the shop has been a fixture in Highworth’s High Street now for over 30 years! Unfortunately, trading conditions have become very difficult on the high street since Covid and the shop has been operating at a loss in recent years.
We give thanks and pray for Malcolm and Val, the managers of the shop, and for the group of volunteers who have helped to run the shop over its three decades.
