A note from our Treasurer:
In February we launched our Renewal of Giving for 2023. This important annual event gives me vital information about St John’s income levels for the forthcoming year. It enables the PCC to plan and time expenditure in all sorts of areas important to the life of the church, from essential repairs, paying for the running costs of the building, our outreach work and services, and also the giving we make to mission partners across the town and the wider world. We had hoped to announce the results to the church in early April but we currently only have just over half of responses in. We would be so grateful for a response (all information is kept confidential) – you can respond via our website using this link (https://www.stjohnshaydonwick.org.uk/renewal-of-giving/), by sending me an email (to jameshywelbennett@gmail.com) or by using the paper pledge card in your renewal of giving pack.
The Renewal of Giving report will be presented to the congregation on Sunday, 16th April so any outstanding responses need to be received by Wednesday, 12th April please.
