Joy Farrell, former head teacher at St. Francis, was a huge supporter of the Uganda Link. The school has maintained its support for the primary school at Bwaziba over recent years, once rescuing it after a landslide destroyed the latrines. Hester Millsop took over as head teacher at St. Francis in September and is keen to maintain the link with Bwaziba.
