The Craft Club are currently busy knitting hats and mittens for children. They are also inviting church members to donate items to go into the shoe boxes that the Craft Club members will fill.
A donation box will be put out on Sunday morning. £5 per shoe box is what is recommended.
We are only doing boxes for the 5 – 9 age group, both boys and girls. The list of what to put in—and what not to put in—came in an email from the parish office last Friday (30th Sept).
If you prefer to make up your own box, please bring it to church. June Judge will get it to where it needs to go. The last Sunday for donations to be received at St. John’s will be 23rd October
