Ride and Stride is an annual national sponsored event, organised locally by County Historic Churches Trusts.
Wiltshire Ride + Stride has been going since 1984 and has raised over £1.5 million for the county’s churches. 50% of the money raised goes to the participant’s chosen church and the other half to the County Historic Churches Trust.
It always takes place on the second Saturday in September between 10:00am and 6:00pm.
This year’s annual Ride & Stride will take place on Saturday, 11th September 2021. We are not so much looking for cyclists, walkers, horse-riders or drivers of mobility scooters. We are hoping to find people to sign the forms of those coming past the church. Thanks to Brenda for setting the ball rolling.
