Because Uganda is now in the grip of a second lockdown, PCC responded to James’ question about the Seventh Share by adding almost £2,000 to the Jar of Grace in order to bring our contribution up to £5,000 for this year. At the time of writing Ugandans are in the ninth day of a 42 day period of lockdown. We heard the sad news of the death from Covid of the father of John, one of the young men who drove us back in 2013 when a party of 12 went out to Uganda from this church. Uganda remains under pressure.
