This time last year we were putting photographs in the bulletin showing what people were up to in the lockdown. Most of us were outside trying to stay cool. That is not a problem we have had to worry much about this Spring. The freezing wind sorted that issue out for us.
We put in a picture in the March 2020 bulletin of the church garden with the tulips coming out. So here is the 2021 version showing Nigel hard at work last Thursday morning.
Gardens do not look after themselves and we are very grateful for the many hours that our volunteer gardeners have spent. A big “Thank you” to Nigel, and also to Janet who is Head Gardener according to Nigel.
