Please make sure that you take away your copy of your brochure. The need to find a new treasurer was one big reason for instigating the brochure, but as you will see, there are a number of different areas in church where people can serve.
This is probably entirely the wrong time of the year to be doing something like this. The end of the summer is normally a time when everybody collapses, rather than thinks of picking up something new. But the time is not of our choosing. We are asking you to stop, pray and consider what God might be calling you to do in the future. It is my firm belief that every church has all the gifts that it needs within the congregation. God has placed them here, in his people. It is up to us to discover them and use them.
In order to keep down the costs of postage, do please take away a brochure for someone who is not there, if you can put it through their door.
