Gareth is heading up the team looking at this with the aid of a number of building professionals. So far we have been able to rule out a number of possible causes, but we are not able to identify the reason for the problem. Following a recent inspection the engineer has a hypothesis. However, it needs to be tested and there is a lot of preparatory study to be done. All we can say is that thorough investigations are proceeding.
