St John’s on a Slippery Slope

If you go into the lounge, you will perceive that the floor is no longer flat. From about halfway across it starts to dip downwards. If you walk to the end of the room and put your finger under the skirting board directly beneath the plaque, you will see just how far the floor has subsided. The FFG sub- team knows all about it and has been working on it. Sadly, it is unlikely that we will be able to claim on our insurance because subsidence of this nature seems to be excluded. Sharon is investigating but it is likely that this will prove to be a very expensive repair.
