An advertisement appeared recently in the Church Times and on the Diocesan website seeking, what is known as a “Priest in Charge” for this parish. “Priest in Charge” part of the jargon of the Church of England” when it comes to making different kinds of appointments. Basically the diocese and the parish is looking for a Vicar and will be holding interviews on the last day of January. We remember Sally and Phil the local SSM belonging to that parish who are looking after North Swindon during the vacancy. Please pray for this important appointment.
