Winnie has served as Minutes’ Secretary to the PCC for a number of years. However, she feels she is ready to hand that role on to someone else. We want to record our thanks to Winnie for her service.

She has seen a number of PCCs come and go. The task of Minutes’ Secretary involves listening to the discussions, picking out the main points and recording the decisions made. It also involves maintaining a file of those minutes that have been signed off. There is no need to handle correspondence as that is all looked after by the PCC Secretary.
