SAS* is a small, friendly, Sunday evening group for Christian teenagers aged 12-18. We meet every Sunday from 6:30 to 8:00pm to socialise, have a laugh, play silly games but most importantly learn about God and the Bible and fine ways to relate it to our lives.
As well as movie nights, pizza nights and bowling, SAS regularly takes part in church activities, especially at all age services where we've acted, danced and read from the Bible. We also help out at JAM events, have been in the Christmas choir and make Christingles each year for the Christingle service (including the giant one below!).
In the past year we've looked at studies on friendship, The Lord's Prayer and one on taking our faith to school.

* This group met originally at the home of a lady called Sue Wray. Searching for a title for the group when they first started, they hit upon Sunday at Sue's. This became shortened to S.A.S. Sue left many years ago, but we kept the name.
