Jars of grace
Thank you to those who have returned their Jars of Grace. The total received so far is 83 Jars (and gifts) totalling £2,252 (a record amount - beating the 2006 total!) including the collections at the Christingle, Carol, and Midnight Communion services, and tax to be recovered on gift-aided gifts. Last year we received 81 Jars/gifts (£2,073).
If you haven't yet done so, please bring your Jar of Grace to church as soon as possible. The proceeds will be shared between UNICEF (to save the lives of children) and Luweero. Cheques should be made payable to St. John's PCC.
Living water
A day of teaching, worship and ministry with Martin and Cesca Cavender in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Children's assistants
We need you! Your role is a vital one. The children's leaders find it very hard to operate without assistants. Please check the rota carefully so that you know when you are required.
Refreshments
Tea and coffee are always served after both the 9:00 and 11:00 services. Please do come along.
The Parish Office
The Parish Office is open on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9am to 1pm. All items for the bulletin to Wendy in writing first thing on Wednesday please!
