About us
• We are an evangelical church. That simply means that we take the
Bible seriously, believe God speaks to us through it, and base our lives
as individuals and as a community upon it. We serve the parish of Haydon
Wick and the wider community.
• We are a church which tries to be open to the Holy Spirit. That means that we rely not on ourselves, but on God.
• We are a church for all ages. Among our members you will find new-born babies to people in their nineties.
• We appreciate people have different tastes in worship. That is why we have two entirely different services. One is traditional and the other is contemporary.
• We are a church with a practical concern for the world around. The needs of the people of Haydon Wick and Swindon are different from those of the people of Uganda. But we try to do something about both.
